RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) submit your return through our portal where we will verify the issue and gladly pay for return shipping. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your product within 15 days for an exchange or refund. Orders returned outside the 15-day return window or used items without prior authorization will be donated to charity. Items marked FINAL SALE can only be exchanged and not returned. 

You can use your account to return items with a prepaid shipping label for a flat fee of $6.50 deducted from your return. NOT TO BE USED FOR EXCHANGES

You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund quicker.
